Pennant Consulting Limited are an Essex based Company specializing in the Underwater Inspection of Highway, Railway and other structures.

Utilising a variety of methods and state of the art diving and/or ROV equipment, as well as fully trained and experienced Civil Engineer divers, all of whom have extensive experience of inspecting structures both above and below water, PCL provide professional and exhaustive survey reports at a reasonable cost.

Other services include Highway Engineering Design capabilities as well as staff secondment or recruitment.
